These datasets were used in conjunction with DVRPC's latest land use layer and web searches to compile a list of locations with street addresses.</span></p><p style='margin:0 0 11 0;'><span>For the purposes of this data gathering exercise, the following assumptions were made to help determine if a location was a business park:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Location is in an area classified as commercial in DVRPC’s land use layer</span></p></li><li><p><span>Location often has a single landlord listed</span></p></li><li><p><span>Office parks are considered business parks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Medical offices, in certain areas, may qualify as a business park</span></p></li><li><p><span>Businesses adjacent or in close proximity to a business park are not always part of that business park</span></p></li><li><p><span>A single building containing multiple businesses can qualify as a business park</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Please note, although efforts were made to ensure its completeness and accuracy, this layer is not a definitive inventory of the region's business parks and should not be considered as such.</span></p></div></div></div> |
