Service Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>The Regional Health Data indicators layer is a combination of indicators associated with health outcomes at the census tract level. The indicators are derived from 2024 CDC PLACES and American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year Estimates (2019-2023).</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>There are four values for each indicator:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>• _prv: prevalence/estimate (e.g. percent of adults with high blood pressure)</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>• _pct_cty: percentile rank within county</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>• _pct_reg: percentile rank within region</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>• _pct_st: percentile rank within state</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
