The Regional Health Data indicators layer is a combination of indicators associated with health outcomes at the census tract level. The indicators are derived from 2024 CDC PLACES and American Community Survey (ACS) 5-Year Estimates (2019-2023).<\/SPAN><\/P>

There are four values for each indicator:<\/SPAN><\/P>

\u2022 _prv: prevalence/estimate (e.g. percent of adults with high blood pressure)<\/SPAN><\/P>

\u2022 _pct_cty: percentile rank within county<\/SPAN><\/P>

\u2022 _pct_reg: percentile rank within region<\/SPAN><\/P>
